Shipping and delivery

You are responsible for ensuring all delivery and contact information entered is correct. We cannot be held responsible for any orders not arriving due to an incorrect address being entered.

Products in stock are normally despatched within 1 working day from receiving the order. This may vary slightly for international orders.

The expected delivery time for an order is depicted in the postage option you select at the checkout. If no one is at the address to receive a parcel on delivery you may be required to pick up the order from your local Royal Mail sorting office.
You are required to do so within the time specified in the notification of delivery. If an item has not arrived please contact us at customercare@loveleeuk.com and this will be looked into.
